Bill brings decades of executive-level finance experience from Silicon Valley, where he began his career at Deloitte & Touche, one of the world’s premier Big 4 accounting firms. During his tenure, he specialized in preparing clients and their teams for public offerings by designing and implementing internal controls, financial policies, and GAAP-compliant processes.
After his work in public accounting, Bill continued to build his expertise both as an independent consultant and as an in-house finance leader for multiple organizations. He has trained staff, audited systems, and optimized financial operations to enhance accuracy, improve efficiencies, and help companies prepare for major milestones including acquisitions, exits, and liquidity events.
Bill holds an M.B.A. from the prestigious Thunderbird School of Global Management and a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.
